The Vitaleum was completely renovated by Anja Heinrich from 2012 to 2015 and converted into a cozy hotel. The history of the manor house dates back to 1886. The result is an oasis of peace and relaxation far away from the stresses of everyday life.
The house is located in the Free State of Thuringia, more precisely in Krölpa near the Goethe city of Weimar. The region around Krölpa offers peaceful and undisturbed nature with a unique herbal landscape, connected to beautiful hiking and cycling trails in the middle of the Thuringian Forest.
The wild herbs of the region round off every alkaline dish wonderfully and open up new worlds of taste for you. In the Vitaleum's modern kitchen, many dishes are prepared with local ingredients and wild herbs. Awarded with an award for the best guest rating.
The Vitaleum also has a Kneipp area with sauna as well as a wild herb garden and the Hofkaffee.
