In our Kneipp bathhouse, participants receive a Kneipp espresso, i.e. a partial infusion.
This program item is recommended in the morning or after the lunch break. During these treatments, a trained Kneipp bath master gives tips on how to implement Kneipp's teachings in everyday life. In addition, the information is given in the form of a handout to take home.
Yoga for body & soul:
Do you manage to calm down, take a deep breath and reflect on the essentials? We offer, as a program point during your conference/seminar, yoga with our yoga teacher. Leave the everyday life behind you for a short time and concentrate your attention completely on yourself and your needs. Beginners can also participate.

HEALTH: In the medically supervised therapy center, health-oriented guests are accompanied by an experienced team of physiotherapists, masseurs, bath attendants and sports instructors on the topics of prevention with Kneipp, strengthening of the back/joints, healthy sleep and more.
Good to know: The Biohotel Eggensberger is certified according to the criteria of the Economy for the Common Good.
