Website

Step 1
Let us find your hotel in the vioma universe.
Give us the hotel name and CST7 hotel ID so we can connect the right property instead of creating yet another loose lead in somebody's inbox.

Hotel name

CST7 hotel ID

Quick help

Log in to the vioma CST7. The hotel ID is shown directly in the property master data.

The screenshot shows the position in the CST7 master data area. If you are unsure, submit the form through the CST7 setup path below.

Step 2
Show us the website behind the stay.
Which premium website may we welcome to our premium portal? We use it to verify the property and understand the presentation before onboarding starts.

Official hotel website URL

Website detected. We use it as an additional verification signal during onboarding.

Step 3
Who keeps the project moving?
Give us the person who can say yes, answer quickly or pull the right colleague into the conversation when the listing is ready to go.

Contact person

Role / department

Email

Phone

Step 5
Make the paperwork boring in the best possible way.
No bank account data is required. We only need clean business details so the contract record is precise from day one.

Company / legal name

VAT ID

Street and house number

Postal code

City

Country

Invoice email

Permission for the initial CST7 portal setup
Who should prepare the first portal-ready pass?
We do not invent new hotel content. This is the operational permission to arrange existing CST7 hotel, room, offer, programme and job data so it can be displayed cleanly through the portal output channel.

Yes, prepare the first portal-ready pass.
Recommended: we arrange existing CST7 data for a clean first listing without inventing new content.
Planned from 2027: 49 EUR one-time setup with monthly terms, included with yearly terms.

No, we will handle the CST7 setup ourselves.
For teams that already know the portal output channel requirements and want to keep setup fully in-house.
We will still review the output and contact you if something blocks a clean presentation.

Step 6
One last look before your request becomes binding.
Everything important is collected here: hotel, contact, plan and the confirmations needed to review and process the participation request cleanly.

Contract summary
Please review the hotel, billing and plan details carefully. By submitting this form, you submit a binding participation request. The contract is concluded only after the portal operator has reviewed and accepted your request. The selected plan, accepted terms, timestamps and contract details are stored with the registration record for later verification.

First connect vioma CST7
retreva works directly with the vioma CST7. We will forward your request to sales@vioma.de so you can receive the right setup first. After that, your hotel can start on retreva.
